Can Supreme Court intervene in Trump’s hush money case? Why legal experts are doubtful

The Miami Herald interviewed Lucinda Finley in a report on whether the Supreme Court may intervene in former President Donald Trump’s hush money case. Finley notes that in order for such constitutional issues to be brought up to the Supreme Court, they must first be brought up in trial. “The contentions that his attorneys have raised during the trial are all matters of state law, such as whether certain evidence should have been admitted, or whether the details of (Stormy) Daniels’ testimony were unduly prejudicial,”
