Goodyear and Clement Halls were recently renovated as part of a $35 million project on UB's historic South Campus. With additional renovations slated for completion in 2025, the completed phase includes upgrades to residence hall bathrooms, flooring, kitchenettes, lounges, furniture and laundry facilities.

With the completion of the project's first phase in the summer of 2023, nearly 1,000 students were able to return to these South Campus residence halls.
