Home to UB's School of Dental Medicine, Squire Hall is the site of a specialty clinic that provides care for more than 140,000 patient visits each year. As part of a $25 million renovation to the building that was completed in the fall of 2023, the first-floor clinic features 58 dental operatories and CAD/CAM milling rooms for custom-made dental restorations.

The Buhite-DiMino Center for Implant Dentistry and Advanced Dental Education, also part of the renovation, opened in 2022. Including six surgical suites and four dental units, the center was created to enhance interdisciplinary dental education, advance clinical research and contribute to the dental care of the Western New York community.
