How it works:

  1. Please pay first to receive a fillable form ($1 for 1 entry; $10 for 12 entries; see payment options below, or on attached flyer.)
  2. Email your fillable form to enp@buffalo.edu, or drop it off in the office at either center.

  3. Cash: please be sure to have exact change
