UB faculty and staff members are asked to encourage undergraduate students in their classes and those working in their offices to complete a brief survey on UB’s General Education curriculum that recently was distributed to students via email.
The survey asks for students’ opinions on the curriculum and how well it prepares them for future success, according to Andrew Stott, dean for undergraduate education. Results will be helpful as UB reviews aspects of its undergraduate curriculum, Stott adds.
Students who complete the survey by April 19 will be entered in a random drawing to win $1,600 worth of prizes, including $500 in JetBlue air fare, UB swag bags, passes to Regal Cinemas, Campus Cash gift cards and two tickets to the Distinguished Speakers Series talk by comedian Steve Martin on April 27, including admittance to a reception with Martin.
