To ensure that UB faculty and staff are fully aware of the university’s Workplace Violence Prevention Policy (175 KB) and its Domestic Violence and the Workplace Policy, (195 KB) all employees are being required to complete an online training session by May 1.

The training will provide employees with the knowledge and tools needed to recognize workplace violence and its associated behaviors, and to prevent and/or report incidents of workplace violence.

Supervisors should allow their employees time during their work day to complete the training session, which should take 20-30 minutes.
