Marianthi Markatou, professor of biostatistics and biomedical informatics and assistant director of UB’s Institute for Healthcare Informatics, will speak at a plenary session at the 37th annual Midwest Biopharmaceutical Statistics Workshop being held in May at Ball State University.
Markatou’s talk is titled “Lessons learned from the OMOP and Sentinel Experiments: Is there a third way to addressing the safety of medical products?”
