A memorial service for Kerry Grant will be held at 4 p.m. March 5 in the Drama Theatre in the Center for the Arts, North Campus.

Among those speaking at the service will be President Satish K. Tripathi and Bruce Johnstone, SUNY Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus and SUNY Chancellor Emeritus.

A reception will follow.

Grant, former dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, vice provost of academic affairs and respected music historian, died Sept. 6 in Hospice Buffalo after a two-year battle with cancer. He was 68.
