Food, fun and facts will be on tap when the Buffalo Center Chapter of United University Professions sponsors an informational “Roadshow” on July 16.

The event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in Coventry Circle on the North Campus. In case of rain, the Roadshow will move to the Center for the Arts Atrium.

Attendees can enjoy a free lunch while visiting seven “stations” to meet UUP Buffalo Center representatives and learn about the various responsibilities of the union, which represents UB faculty and professional staff.

They include:

• Membership.
• Professional concerns and grievances.
• Academic concerns and grievances.
• Delegate Assembly and officers.
• Adjunct concerns and issues.
• Contract update, concerns and issues.
• Political outreach and VOTE Cope
