The UB Libraries will hold a Science and Engineering Information Fair in Lockwood Library on Sept. 29.
The fair, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will celebrate the move of the Science and Engineering Information Center from Silverman Library to Lockwood Library.
The event is open to the UB community, and will feature free food, giveaways and raffle prizes. The fair will also include information tables staffed by science and engineering librarians, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), SPIE, Scopus, Engineering Village and Knovel.
The Center houses books and journals about science and engineering-related topics, patents, maps of Western New York and more.
