Wellness Education Services is hosting free Quit Smoking Walk-in Clinics during the spring semester for UB faculty, staff and students.
The clinics will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays from Jan. 28 through May 6 in 114 Student Union, North Campus.
Sessions will not be held on March 17 and 18 due to spring break.
Those attending the clinics will find help in making a plan to quit smoking or support to stay quit; learn how to cope with stress and personal smoking triggers, receive information on nicotine withdrawal and a supply of free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges.
