National Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 20, and UB Parking and Transportation Services is encouraging members of the UB community to take part in the event.
Those who bike to work that day can refresh at “energizer stations” from 7:30-10 a.m. at Founders Plaza on the North Campus and the Main Circle on the South Campus. Free refreshments, including fruit, granola bars and juice, will be available. Participants are asked to register in advance.
Registrants who check in at energizer stations are eligible to win prizes including UB merchandise, Kryptonite Keeper Bike Lock, Bikeshare membership and gift cards to local bicycle shops.
