Members of the Morton Lane Federal Credit Union will have another branch on the North Campus in which to conduct their transactions.
The new branch in the UUP office in 108 UB Commons will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays, beginning Aug. 21; a grand opening and ribbon-cutting will take place at 10 a.m. that day.
With the opening of the branch in the Commons, the credit union office in the Charles B. Sears Law Library, 218 O’Brian Hall, will close on Mondays, but will continue to operate from noon to 4 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.
The credit union also has offices in 326 Crofts Hall — open from 1-4 p.m. on Tuesdays and from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays — and at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and SUNY Buffalo State.
The credit union’s main office is at 388 Englewood Ave. near the South Campus. It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and to 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
UB faculty, staff, students and their families are eligible to join the Morton Lane Federal Credit Union, a credit union serving mostly New York State employees.
