UB has established an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Steering Committee to help university decision-makers identify risks of all types and then measure, prioritize and address those that are most challenging to UB’s core objectives.
The committee is charged with identifying key risk areas and events across the university, and providing guidance to manage or mitigate these risks. The aim is to proactively address risks and opportunities in order to enhance the university’s resiliency, protect its reputation and create value for all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students and alumni.
Members of the ERM Steering Committee are:
