UB’s Three Pillars Catering will join with Big Ditch Brewing Company for an evening of great food and craft beer featuring a five-course meal and beer pairings.
The Fall Beer Pairing Dinner will take place at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Jacobs Executive Development Center inside the Butler Mansion at 672 Delaware Ave., Buffalo.
Representatives from Big Ditch will talk about the beers and Three Pillars award-winning Chef Jessica Arends will discuss why the food pairs well with the beers during each course.
The cost is $60 per person for those age 21 and over.
