Members of the UB community are encouraged to donate school supplies to benefit students at local K-8 schools and at UB’s Educational Opportunity Center during the Office of Community Relations’ annual drive.

Donations will be distributed to Say Yes to Education’s East Zone network of community schools, as well as to EOC.

New school, office and sanitizing supplies may be dropped off through Aug. 26 at 501 Capen Hall, North Campus; 122 Parker Hall, South Campus; and at a table near the reception desk in the lobby of EOC, 555 Ellicott St., Downtown Campus.

In years past, this annual initiative, supported by more than 30 departments throughout the university, has collected more than 17,000 items that were distributed to students in September.
