A screening of the HBO documentary “The University of Sing Sing,” which tells the story of a college degree program in a maximum-security prison, will take place from 3-5 p.m. Sept. 15 in the Screening Room in the Center for the Arts, North Campus.

Following the screening of the 40-minute film, Sean Pica, founder and executive director of Hudson Link, a non-profit organization that provides college education, life skills and reentry support to currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, will field questions from the audience, along with graduates of prison education programs living and working in Buffalo.

The event is free and open to the public.
