Would Thanksgiving be Thanksgiving without pie? We think not.

But who has the time to spend a day in the kitchen?

The bakers at Campus Dining & Shops do, and they’re happy to bake some delicious pies for UB employees to serve at their holiday dinners.

Proceeds from the sale benefit UB’s Employees Campaign for the Community.

Pies will be baked on campus and available for pick on Nov. 21 at the Capen Café on the North Campus, Harriman Café on the South Campus or the Corner Café in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences on the Downtown Campus. Choose from pumpkin, Dutch apple or peanut butter ganache. Due to an ingredient change, the peanut butter pie is no longer considered vegan.

Pies are $16 each, and $7 from each pie sold will benefit the campaign. Orders should be placed online by Nov. 17.
