With a weather forecast more reminiscent of winter than spring, Bike Days on the North and South campuses — originally set for this week — have been rescheduled.
The events will now take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 9 at the Main Circle bus loop on the South Campus and on April 17 at The Commons on the North Campus.
The original date remains for Bike Days on the Downtown Campus: 1-3 p.m. on April 12 at the Washington Street entrance of the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Participants are advised that due to demand, bicycles will not be accepted into the queue for tuneups after 1:30 p.m. on the North and South campuses and after 2:30 p.m. at the Jacobs School.
Experts will be on hand to oil chains, check brakes and perform basic maintenance on your bicycle — free of charge.
The event is presented by Parking and Transportation Services, Campus Living and University Police.
More information about bicycling at UB can be found on Parking and Transportation’s website.
