UB’s Student Conduct Office has informed seven students who received conduct referrals on May 1 for failing to disperse after the attempted encampment and protest that they will not be charged with a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
The students received letters from the Student Conduct Office on May 9 indicating they will not be charged with a conduct violation, but were advised that as UB students, they must follow the Picketing & Assembly Policy and Student Code of Conduct.
