Concert tickets are $20 online at TicketMaster.com (search Miro Quartet in TM to see the three concerts), at the Center for the Arts Box Office from noon-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, or at the Slee Hall box office within the hour before concert time.

UB students with a valid ID are entitled to one complimentary ticket at the door.

The Quartet will also be teaching a masterclass with UB students at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, in Lippes Concert Hall. The class is open for public observation.

UB may be the only place in the country — or the world, according to Department of Music staff — that presents all 16 Beethoven string quartets annually.

The annual presentation of the cycle was established at UB during the 1950s by the estate of Frederick and Alice Slee.
