Crofts plaza rehab.

Crofts construction

The main entrance to Crofts Hall, one of the oldest buildings on the North Campus, is getting a facelift. Work is underway to reconstruct the structure’s front plaza, with diggers arriving in mid-April to break down and remove existing concrete. The project will continue through summer, with final touches — such as the planting of new trees and shrubs — expected to take place by the end of August. Guests and employees who work in the building are currently being asked to enter through the back door, as the main entrance is inside the construction zone. Photo: Douglas Levere
