Human Resources last month put out a call for nominations of departments or teams for its Cheers for Peers employee recognition program. Well, the UB community responded and departments are starting to receive surprise visits from HR’s Employee Engagement and Success team, Michele Poitras (left) and Peter Logiudice (right).
