Tuesday was Mardi Gras, and staff from Student Life handed out traditional Mardi Gras beads in the Student Union.

The Thunder of the East marching band plays "When the Saints Go Marching In," a song often played by jazz bands, to celebrate Mardi Gras.

Tuesday was also Love and Support Day. Sponsored by Wellness Education Services, the event in the Student Union featured "free hugs."
