I like spending the weekend outside enjoying the sunshine and warm temperatures. My husband and I always host a cookout to welcome the arrival of the summer season. Preparing the flower gardens, working in the yard, relaxing on the deck, spending time with family and friends, and barbecuing create the perfect holiday weekend!

Graduate School of Education - The perfect holiday weekend for me is to do absolutely nothing. The kind of weekend where the major event of the day is me moving to the left. Should the weather hold, pull the hammock out of winter storage, maybe some rib eyes on the grill and a good cigar. Life is good.

School of Dental Medicine - The ideal Memorial Day weekend would be spent cooking and hanging out in the backyard with my husband and friends. And maybe a little gardening first, because it’s good for the soul.
