  Sign up for ‘Football 101’

  Shannon Quinn, wife of UB head football coach Jeff Quinn, again will lead “Football 101 for Women,” a class designed to teach football basics to female football neophytes who want to prepare for the 2012 season.

  The class will be held from 5:30-9 p.m. July 31 in UB Stadium.

  The cost is $30, which includes a tailgate party with cash bar, gift bag and tickets to a 2012 UB football game.

  Proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Network of Western New York Inc.

  Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and clothing in order to participate safely in a series of light on-the-field drills and activities directed by the UB football coaches.

  Those who are unable to attend may still donate to this worthy cause by sending a check, made out to “UB Football” to Women’s Football 101, 104 Stadium Complex, Buffalo, NY 14221.
