Longtime employees recognized
Faculty and staff members who have completed 30, 40 and 50 years of service to UB were honored June 19 at a reception at the UB President’s House on Lebrun Road in Eggertsville.
President Satish K. Tripathi and his wife, Kamlesh, hosted the reception, during which service-recognition pins were presented to the honorees.
Three members of the UB community were recognized for 50 years’ service. They were Paul Binette, Medicine; George Lee, Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering; and James Stamos, Biological Sciences.
Faculty and staff honored for completing 40 years of service were Michael Cohen, Neurology; Arlene Collins, Microbiology and Immunology; Stephen Dunnett, International Education, Ming Levine, Periodontics and Endodontics; Ann McElroy, Anthropology; David Pendergast, Physiology and Biophysics; and Phillips Stevens, Anthropology.
