Paul Vecchio, a 1990 graduate of Brockport State College, has been named director of sports information at UB. Vecchio, director of sports information at Alfred University for the past three years, will coordinate a sports information office that will cover 18 Division I intercollegiate sports, including UB's jump into Division I-A football when it joins the Mid- American Conference.
