Kroll, who worked at UB for 27 years, retired in 1994. "Eddie," as he was known, will always be remembered for his keen attention to detail and specification, according to Michael S. Hudecki, research associate professor, Department of Biological Sciences.
A veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict, Kroll was a member of Adam Plewacki American Legion Post No. 799.
