Faculty question bookstore, private-sector service providers The failure of Follett College Stores to acknowledge a request to upgrade the operation of the University Bookstore that the company runs on the North Campus has prompted several faculty members to question the relationship UB has with private-sector service providers. First semester: Class of 2000 The first semester is under their belts.
