Enrollment 'sag' could impact on budget Decline continues in graduate admissions; undergrad, transfer numbers exceed targets
The university could face a budget deficit of as much as $2 million as a result of its 1998-99 enrollment shortfall, a deficit due largely to a decline in graduate enrollment in several key academic areas.
FSEC continues mission-review debate
Members of the Faculty Senate Executive Committee, meeting in a special session on March 10, continued to lambaste the administration for what they consider a lack of faculty consultation in the preparation of a mission-review statement.
