UB faculty members and librarians who received tenure or have been promoted since September 2004 were recognized during a reception held on Dec. 1 at the UB President's Residence on Lebrun Road.

The reception was hosted by President John B. Simpson and Katherine L. Gower, and Satish K. Tripathi, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs, and Kamlesh Tripathi.
