Areas of Special Interest: Relationship between the arts and the state
My field covers many aspects of the arts and culture, including the relationship between the artist and the artwork and the societies in which we live. The subject spans areas of management, policy, law and the humanities, and is interdisciplinary in its approach. This leads to a fertile area of inquiry and debate, including questions concerning arts and cultural funding systems, comparative legal issues and management studies in contemporary society.
