Celebrating the Season

UB staff members in Crofts Hall are famous for their Halloween activities. At left, Bernadette Ball of Human Resource Services has converted her cubicle into a bat cave, complete with spooky sounds.

The "E-Req" girls (from left) Mary Kvetkosky, Cathy Hansen, Sandy Flanigan, Lauren Fenush and Katie Zagora of Procurement Services cheer for the new, Web-based electronic requisitioning system that is being piloted by a number of departments. According to Judith Miller, director of procurement services, the system will allow for online date input, routing for approval, instant transferring to purchasing, tracking and data storage.
