Because of their expertise and reputations, members of the UB faculty and staff are sought out by reporters who quote them in print, broadcast and online publications around the world. Here is a sampling of recent media coverage in which UB is mentioned prominently.

"One of the main reasons for procrastination is self-doubt.... Some students don't believe they can do it. And some students don't value what they're doing. Very often they are in the wrong major. We identify and work on those factors, almost like a checklist. If you find you can't bring yourself to open the textbook, what is the problem? Do you not see the worth of that course? Should you be changing your major?"
