I Love Quantum Technology!


I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University at Buffalo. My study at UB is my second Ph.D., focusing on Quantum Computing. I am quite enthusiastic about acquiring and sharing knowledge, especially with those eager to learn and contribute to innovation. I believe quantum technology will revolutionize fields like new materials and medicines development, solving intricate optimization problems, introducing groundbreaking communication concepts, and bringing solutions to problems that have engaged the human brain for a long time. I strongly believe that academia and industry will develop innovative quantum products and surprise humans. I preferred to be in this circle.

The current limitations of physical qubits and the challenges of the NISQ era are significant obstacles to achieving large-scale and reliable quantum computing. My research topic focuses on Distributed Quantum Error Correction (DQEC), which addresses both these critical concerns.

I earned my first Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in 2012. Since then, I have served as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member of over 200 international conferences and a regular reviewer of several academic journals. Moreover, I have served as a senior reviewer of international conferences such as BDCC and CMSA and was recognized as an excellent reviewer by Publons in 2021. Furthermore, I have been serving as an Editorial Board member of ASCS, IJRDO, IJESA, IJAMML, IJLTES, JEDT, ITRJ, IJNIET, CCDS and ECIJ journals, and Handling (Associate) Editor of SCN and IJCIT journals.
