UB uses Siteimprove, a website monitoring tool that scans our websites and reports on quality assurance and accessibility issues. Fixing the reported issues helps you improve the user experience for your site visitors. The issues are outlined into easy-to-understand, prioritized tasks so you can efficiently fix them.

Who has access to Siteimprove?

UBCMS content authors, unit web leaders and web accessibility liaisons have access to Siteimprove.

Who is responsible for fixing reported issues?

All site unit web leaders, site owners and content authors are responsible for fixing issues related to the content one their website(s).

Does Siteimprove crawl password-protected pages?

No. UB has made the decision not to allow Siteimprove to scan password-protected pages.

To review password-protected, try using the Siteimprove or WAVE browser extensions.
