Room type eligibility is based on your high school graduation date. Use the following room types and Locations when entering your preferences:

Graduated High School 2025

• Residence Halls: Single, Double, Double w/Shared Bath, Triple, or Quad

Graduated High School in 2024

• Residence Halls: Single, Double, Double w/Shared Bath, Triple, or Quad
• Apartment: 4-Person

Graduate High School in 2023 or before:

• Residence Halls: Single, Double, Double w/Shared Bath, Triple, or Quad
• Apartments: 4-bed, 2-bed, 1-bed, or Studio

Locations:

• Residence Halls:
  • North Campus: Ellicott (Evans, Fargo, Red Jacket, Richmond, Spaulding, and Wilkeson) and Governors (Clinton, Dewey, Lehman, and Roosevelt)
  • South Campus: Clement and Goodyear Halls)
• Apartments (All North Campus)
  • Full-Year Agreements (until July 31): Creekside West (2-bed), Flickinger (2-bed), and South Lake (studio, I-bed, and 2-bed) units
  • Academic-Year Agreements: Flint (1-bed, 2-bed, and 4-bed), Hadley (4-bed), and South Lake (4-bed) units.
