Training Resources

High School Workshop.

Dr. Bruce Pitman teaches high school students at the annual summer workshop.

CCR staff provide a wide variety of training, including maintaining extensive online documentation and hosting workshops. Topics include fundamentals of parallel computing, introduction to CCR, debugging and profiling tools, bioinformatics resources,etc. Individual and group training sessions/workshops are also available upon request.  Email ccr-help @ buffalo.edu or submit a ticket on our help portal

    CCR provides online courses that covering how to use our resources.  Several departments at UB provide courses on high performance computing and machine learning that utilize CCR's HPC environment.

    CCR staff participate in and produce many workshops throughout the year.  If your group, lab, or class is interested in a presentation, please submit a ticket, via our help desk portal with the details and we will try to accomodate your request.
