The university community is advised that a student was the victim of a strong arm robbery late last night in the parking lot outside of South Lake Village. The suspect pushed the victim and grabbed her hand bag. A subsequent investigation by the University Police in conjunction with the Amherst and Buffalo Police Departments resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

University Police are advising members of the campus community that over the past two weeks there have been a number of vehicle break-ins occurring in parking lots on the UB South (Main Street) Campus.
