University Police are looking for a black male about 5-foot 9-inches tall in connection with a burglary in the Biomedical Research Building.

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- University at Buffalo Police are investigating a burglary/larceny that occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 20 in the Biomedical Research Building on the South Campus.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 50s, about 5-foot 9-inches tall and 155 to 170 pounds, with dark brown skin.

The case is still under investigation.

Members of the university community are encouraged to keep valuables secured and be aware of their surroundings and the people around them, and to lock office doors when no one is around.
