Before submitting your event for consideration as a featured event or to be added to the UB calendar, please review the following guidelines for our calendar:
- Event is free and open to the public
- Event is within easy travel distance for our students or community members who rely on public transportation
- If UB event, topic or subject of the event is geared towards members of the community
- If non-UB event, topic or subject of the event is of interest to UB students, faculty and staff
- If non-UB event, event is sponsored and submitted by community organization, non-profit organization, neighborhood association and/or government entity
- We cannot feature political events, religious events, events that promote a commercial interest or commercial cause, and/or events that solicit commerce (example: yard sales, sidewalk sales, grand openings)
