Alumni Questionnaire

This brief questionnaire is an opportunity for UB EOP graduates to stay connected and share about their time at UB. All experiences, advice, tips and recommendations shared may help or inspire our current, incoming and prospective students in a meaningful way. EOP will also share this information with the UB Alumni Association to save you time and to update their records. We welcome submissions from any EOP graduate who obtained a degree since the program was established in the early 1960s. This survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete.
