The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is the federal government’s premier leadership development program for advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, JD) students/recent alums across all academic disciplines and from all segments of society. The PMF Program is a prestigious two-year fellowship at a federal agency with full salary and benefits, exciting training and development opportunities, and a senior-level mentor, all of which can lead to a permanent career in government.

• Be a current graduate presently attending a qualifying college or university and expecting to complete your advanced degree requirements (including the completion or successful defense of any required thesis or dissertation) by August 31 of the year following the annual application.
• Or be a recent graduate who has completed an advanced degree from a qualifying college or university during the two years preceding the opening date of the PMF Program’s annual application.
