The Office of Inclusive Excellence held UB’s first Inclusive Excellence Summit May 3-4, 2018 on UB's North Campus.

This summit offered a unique opportunity for our campus to come together as a community to promote understanding and explore new ways to increase diversity, equity and inclusion at UB. The summit included interactive workshops and panels, recognition of trailblazers in diversity, networking opportunities, and the establishment of UB's Statement of Principles of Community. Participants emerged with greater awareness of the challenges and opportunities for inclusive excellence at UB.
