Ph.D. Candidate Shuai Tang Awarded Travel Grants to Present at Industry Conferences

Shuai Tang, a third year PhD student from the Transportation Systems Programs in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at the University at Buffalo received travel grants from both the NSF-sponsored 2014 Pan-American Advanced Studies Institute on Sustainable Urban Freight Systems (PASI-SUFS) held in Bogota and Cartagena, Colombia from Aug 3 to Aug 17, 2014 and Volvo’s Research and Educational Foundations (VREF) Workshop and Conference in New York from Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2014 where he presented “The Geography of Warehousing --Spatial Analysis and Findings of the New York Metropolitan Region”
