Since 2017, the LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Associuation has used a strategic planning model to guide and sustain the organization.
In 2017, the leadership of the FSA, at the time a steering committee, facilitated a membership needs and interest assessment and developed a short-term organizational strategic plan to lead the association through 2018. The plan was ulimately extended until 2020.
