Abstract: This second issue of the Student Research Accomplishments from the Multidisciplinary Center for Earthquake Engineering (MCEER) features three areas of research: seismic evaluation and retrofit of lifeline systems, seismic retrofit of acute care facilities, and earthquake response and recovery.
