Former Director and one of the NCEER founders, Masanobu Shinozuka dies at 87

Masonobu Shinozuka, 87, died in California on November 5, 2018. Shinozuka served as director of UB's National Center for Earthquake Engineering Research in the 1990s, and was one of its original founders.
