David Thiemecke is a co-founder with two exits from 12 software-powered, bootstrapped companies over 22 years with the same team. In 2020 his prior team sold the SaaS product Pointman to ServiceTitan, LA’s unicorn in the home service contractor industry.

Today, he leads the University at Buffalo's seed investment fund and coaches founders in UB's Cultivator and at Launch NY.

He helps early-stage startups with product-market fit and saves them from dead-ends in strategy, go-to-market, and roadmap.

Dave brings experience across nearly all roles from his firms that served home services, health IT, education, venture capital, light manufacturing, legal, marketing, and nonprofits.
